Founder's Gala
An Evening to Empower Extraordinary Minds
Each year, our community of sponsors, community members, and guests comes together to make a resounding impact on the experience of education for gifted, neurodiverse students. The fun-filled evening is a time to celebrate our community and to honor people who have made an impact on Quad Prep or the field of neuroinclusion. Join us for a vibrant cocktail hour, stunning views of Manhattan, inspirational stories, and delicious food—all in support of our talented students!
Funds raised at the Founder’s Gala provide critical unrestricted support for faculty salaries, professional development, robust curriculum, enrichment opportunities, and other critical needs of the school.

Founder’s Gala Honoree
We thank Megan Hogan, our 2025 Founder’s Gala Honoree, for her deep commitment to advancing neuroinclusive practices.
Megan is global head of Talent and chief diversity officer at Goldman Sachs. In this role, she is responsible for driving the firm's development, retention and growth strategies, strengthening the leadership pipeline and ensuring the firm's workforce reflects the diversity of its clients and communities. Megan serves as a member of the Human Capital Management Global Leadership Group, the Vendor Diversity Steering Group and One Million Black Women Steering Committee. Previously, she was head of diversity recruiting. Megan joined Goldman Sachs in 2014 as a vice president on the Diversity and Inclusion team and was named managing director in 2019.
Prior to joining the firm, Megan worked as a litigation associate at Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP covering white collar, insurance, and complex commercial cases and trials. During that period, she dedicated significant time to pro bono cases, primarily representing immigrants seeking asylum.
During an externship, Megan spent six months working for MFY Legal Services, where she provided legal assistance to low-income New Yorkers to resolve issues in the areas of housing and foreclosure.
Megan serves as the chair of the Stephen Gaynor School's Board of Trustees. She is also a member of the Advisory Board for the New York Botanical Garden.
Megan earned a BA in African-American Studies and Psychology from Yale University in 2003 and a JD from Fordham University School of Law in 2006.
