The Quad Preparatory School is currently accepting applications for students in grades K–12 for the 2025-2026 academic year.

What You’ll Need to Apply

As part of your application, you’ll need to provide the following:

  1. A parent statement
  2. A teacher evaluation
  3. A neuropsych evaluation (most current, conducted within the last two years)
